Cohen on Top
Sasha Cohen, the reigning US Champion, came in first place at the Women’s figure skating event’s short program with just a .03 lead against the reigning World Champion, Russia’s Irina Slutskaya. What a relief! But the thrills and spills ain’t over yet. In order for Cohen to win the Olympic Gold medal she has to skate a performance of a lifetime, if not a clean program will do. All eyes are on her now, this is her defining moment, a chance to prove to the world she is one of the best. Go Sasha!
